Wayne County does not have a shed lot on every corner, and that is actually fine. The lot was never the point. The lot is just a place a company parks buildings it already guessed you might want. If you order the building you actually want, you skip the guessing.
The process, start to finish
Step one is the 3D Shed Builder. You pick a style, set the size, choose siding and paint, place doors and windows, and add options like shelving, a workbench, a ramp, flower boxes or shutters. You see the building rotate on screen as you build it, which is more useful than walking a lot, because on a lot you are looking at somebody else’s choices.
Step two is a real price. When your design comes to us we confirm the price and go over anything that needs a conversation, like a door width for a zero-turn or a custom size between the standard ones. We build from 6×8 to 16×60.
Step three is paying for it. Cash custom orders take 20% down. Rent-to-own takes your first two months as the deposit with no credit check, on terms from 24 to 60 months, starting at $75.44 a month. Traditional financing with no money down is available with approved credit. It is all laid out on our financing page.
Step four is build and delivery. Stock buildings typically move in 1 to 12 business days. Custom builds usually run 3 to 6 weeks. Somebody from our team calls you to verify details roughly 7 to 14 business days before the building comes.
Step five is delivery day, which runs Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays. Have your spot level, clear about two feet past the building width along the whole path, and give us roughly 13 feet of overhead room. Our prep guide covers the rest.
You can still go look at buildings
If you want to put your hands on one before you commit, you can. You are welcome to walk the inventory at any of our locations 24 hours a day and look at what is on the ground on your own schedule. Staffed hours vary by location, so call ahead if you want to talk to a person or get inside a locked model.
