You bought the building. You shouldn’t have to part with it because you bought a new house. One relocation comes included with most Cardinal buildings — a service that would otherwise run six hundred to twelve hundred dollars and up.
Why it exists
Without relocation, a move leaves three poor choices: sell at a loss, give it away, or pay a hauler out of pocket. We would rather you simply take it along. Across town or across the next two counties, we carry your building to its new site within our delivery range.
