What we build
Utility sheds, lofted barns, cabins, garages, garden sheds and workshops. Sizes run from a 6×8 up to a 16×60, so there is something for a mower and a weed eater and something for a tractor and a workbench.
A 6×8 C+ Utility starts at $1,900. An 8×8 Cardinal Utility starts at $2,762. Every building is customizable — see building styles and custom options.
Rent-to-own, no credit check hoops
Rent-to-own terms run 24 to 60 months. The lowest payment we offer is $75.44 a month on a 6×8 spread over 60 months. Money down is simply your first two months, held as the deposit. There is no discount for paying it off early, but there is also no early payoff fee — pay it off whenever you want and the building is yours.

Warranty — and we handle the claim
Every Cardinal building carries a 10-year guarantee covering craftsmanship and acts of nature such as storm damage and settling. We repair or replace. On top of that you get the LP SmartSide 50-year siding warranty and the AdvanTech lifetime floor warranty. If a claim ever comes up, we take care of it for you instead of making you fight the manufacturer.
Insulation and finish-out
We offer spray foam insulation and finish-out packages with electrical, flooring and wall coverings, so a shell can become an office, a she-shed, a bunkhouse or a workshop. We do not do plumbing, but we can refer you to someone who does.
Delivery
Deliveries run Monday through Friday — we do not deliver on Saturdays. Have a look at preparing for delivery so your site is ready when the truck shows up.
