You can walk our Harrisburg lot and look at inventory any time, day or night. There’s no gate, no appointment, no salesperson following you around while you try to picture an 10×16 in your backyard. Take your time, open the doors, step inside, see how the light comes in.

Our smallest building, the 6×8 C+ Utility, starts at $1,900. A Cardinal Utility 8×8 starts at $2,762. From there, price moves with size, style and options — a lofted barn with a wide door and extra windows lands in a different place than a plain utility shed of the same footprint.

Sizes from 6×8 to 16×60

The smallest thing we build is a 6×8. The largest is a 16×60. That range covers a mower and a couple of totes on one end and a full workshop, a small barn or a finished cabin-style building on the other. If you’re unsure, our advice is simple: measure what you’re storing today, then add room, because every single customer fills the building faster than they expect.

Rent-to-own in Harrisburg

You don’t have to pay cash. Rent-to-own runs 24 to 60 month terms with no credit check, and payments start as low as $75.44 a month on a 6×8 over 60 months.

What you put down is your first two months as a deposit. There’s no early payoff discount, but there’s also no fee or penalty for paying it off early — so if you come into money six months in, you can settle up and own it outright.

The warranty behind it

Every Cardinal building carries a 10 year guarantee covering both acts of nature — storm damage and settling — and craftsmanship. If something goes wrong under that guarantee, we repair it or replace it.

On top of that, the LP SmartSide siding carries a 50 year warranty and the AdvanTech flooring carries a lifetime warranty. Here’s the part that matters: we handle those claims for you. You’re not the one on the phone arguing with a manufacturer in another state. You call Harrisburg and we take it from there.

Insulation and finish-out

If the building is going to be a shop, an office, a studio or a guest space, we offer spray foam insulation and finish-out packages that include electrical, flooring and wall coverings. We don’t do plumbing, but we’ll point you to a contractor who does it right.

We deliver Monday through Friday — no Saturday deliveries.
