Second, custom work. When you want a door moved 18 inches, a second window on the north wall, or a 12×24 laid out as half workshop and half storage, that request goes to the crew building it, not into a corporate order form with fixed checkboxes. We build from 6×8 all the way up to 16×60.
Third, service after the sale. If something ever goes wrong, you are calling the shop that built it. Our 10 year guarantee covers acts of nature like storm damage and settling, and it covers our craftsmanship. If it is covered, we repair it or replace it.
Southern Illinois weather is the real test
Saline County gets the whole menu: ice in January, straight-line wind in spring, and a July that will cook a cheap building until the trim curls. That is why the siding matters more here than the paint color. Our buildings use LP SmartSide, which carries a 50 year warranty, and AdvanTech flooring, which carries a lifetime warranty. If either ever needs a claim, we handle it for you. Most companies hand you a phone number and let you argue with the manufacturer. We do not work that way.
Picking a size for a Harrisburg lot
In-town lots around Harrisburg tend to be deep rather than wide, so a building that runs front-to-back along a fence line usually fits better than a wide one parked in the middle of the yard. A 10×16 handles a riding mower, a workbench and seasonal storage without eating the whole yard. If you are out toward Carrier Mills, Galatia or the Shawnee, you have room to think bigger: 12×24 and 14×32 are the sizes that get used as real shops.

Rent-to-own runs 24 to 60 month terms with no credit check, starting as low as $75.44 a month on a 6×8 at 60 months. The deposit is your first two months. There is no early payoff fee, so if you come into money you can clear it out without a penalty. If you would rather finance through a lender, we work with several and offer no money down options with approved credit. Cash custom orders take 20% down.
